    How much is shipping?

    • $16 AUD flat rate standard shipping to the United States and Canada for all orders under 500grams
    • Express international shipping costs calculated at checkout

    • Order will be processed within 1-3 working days.
    • Delivery within 6-27 business days.
    • International Express shipping is calculated at checkout, depending on shipping location takes 2-5 days.

    • Once processed your order will be ready to ship this can take 10-25 working days. 

    Duties and taxes

    • Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
    • Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. 
    • If you choose not to pay the customs charges, or have entered your address incorrectly, your order will be returned to NueBar. We will refund the product cost, but not the shipping.

    Tracking and insurance

    • Please note that where possible, we will send your order tracked, but in certain situations, unfortunately we are unable to track all international orders. 

    • We insure each shipment at no extra cost for customers. Once the parcel reaches the final destination, NueBar no longer provides insurance.
