You don't need an account for your ReNue order to be active.
However, having an account will let you swap or add products to your ReNue order, change the frequency, skip the next order and cancel your ReNue order.
You can create an account when you at checkout or any time using the "Account" button at the top of the NueBar website.
Click on the account button in the top menu, then click "Create Account" below the log in form. Fill in the form and check your email for an account activation message.
Click on the "Account" button in the top menu and it will take you to the account log in page.
After logging in using the "Account" button in the main menu, you will see your main account screen.
To view and edit your repeat orders, click the "Manage Subscriptions" button.
2. How to edit ReNue orders
Log in to your account, click on "Manage Subscriptions" and the click on "Edit" next to the ReNue order you wish to skip.
Scroll down and click "Skip Order".
This will skip your order until the next charge date. For example: if your order is set to deliver every 30 days, and your next order is on April 1, if you skip your order it will be delivered 30 days after on May 1.
To change your next order date, log in, click "Manage subscriptions" and click "edit" next to the ReNue order you wish to edit.
Click on the "Next charge date" box and select the date you wish to change your delivery to.
Log in to your account, click "manage subscriptions" then click "edit" next to the ReNue order you wish to edit.
Click on the "Delivery schedule" box and select the frequency you wish to change your order to.
You can select to have your order delivered every 30, 60 or 90 days.
Log in, then click "Manage Subscriptions". Click "edit" next to the ReNue order you wish to add a product to.
Navigate through the products on the right to add to your ReNue order.
Add a 'One-time' product to your next delivery date, like a drainer or bag. 'One-time' products are only charged once and you will only receive them once.
Add a 'Subscription' product to your order which will add a new product to your existing ReNue order and it will be delivered to you every 30, 60 or 90 days along with your original ReNue order.
To add a discount to your order:
1. Log in to your account
2. Click "Manage Subscriptions"
3. Click "Edit" next to the order you wish to add the discount to.
4. Scroll down to the bottom, and click "Apply Discount"
5. Enter the discount code and "Add Discount".
If successful, you will see the discount code applied at the top of the page.

3. How to cancel or reactivate
Log into your account and click on "Manage Subscrptions".
Click "edit" next to the ReNue order you wish to cancel.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Cancel subscription".

To reactivate your cancelled ReNue orders, log in, then click "manage subscriptions".
Click "Re-activate" next to the repeat order you wish to reactivate.
You can then click "edit" next to the reactivated order to change your next order date, shipping frequency, billing address, shipping address or payment method.
